Join us and be part of the change!

At Camp Grenada Construction, we recognise that women in construction are significantly underrepresented and often face barriers to equality in the workplace and job opportunities. To challenge these inequalities and create a more inclusive industry, we have developed a women-only six-week personalised 6219 Elite programme.

The 6219 is a multi-skilled construction training programme designed to equip learners with practical, hands-on skills combined with cutting-edge digital engagement. This tailored course empowers women with the confidence, expertise, and opportunities needed to thrive in the construction industry.

Aligned with our mission to deliver accessible, high-quality construction training, this initiative ensures that women receive the mentorship, skills, and industry exposure they deserve. We are committed to building a safer, more skilled, and sustainable future—where women are equally represented, respected, and empowered in construction.
